She does this by way of a hand-up, not a hand-out philosophy while engaging not just the money from the private sector, but more importantly their experience, knowledge and wisdom to help solve the most challenging of problems that face these areas in need.

Linda has worked side by side with some of the worlds' most influential figures including HH The Dalai Lama, HRH Prince Charles and Sir Richard Branson and companies including Nestle, Cadburys, Thai Beverage, KPMG, Manpower, Merrill Lynch, Deloitte, GSK, Continental Airlines, Wyeth, Abbott, Allied Dunbar and Hasbro. GLOBAL RACE 4 GOOD . Race 4 Good is a 21 day challenge comprised of 5 teams of 10 (5 Business Leaders & 5 College Students) who are given a 3 week deadline with a $5,000 virtual budget to combine their entrepreneurial skills, business acumen, intelligence & innovation of the mature business brain with the passionate un-programmed brain of youth. The business leaders mentor the students with this combined excellence delivering a 5-year sustainable business plan which enables the shattered community to regain its economic stability.

The program totally flips the normal approach to humanitarian aid on its head. Founder Linda Cruse has developed a result-oriented program that is a fast, furious & fun way to delivering sustainable humanitarian aid around the world!

No Government red-tape, no organizational bureaucracy... just the "Can Do" spirit of the human heart that knows where there is a will, there is a way! Together we CAN Be the Change!
